Relational-Integrative EMDR is a transpersonal framework for therapists ready to move beyond protocol; into the embodied, relational, and spiritual dimensions of trauma healing. Developed by Michele Bowes and Amy English, and delivered as a lived experience from the first moment you arrive.
Prerequisite: Participants are asked to have completed Part 1 Basic EMDR and have hands-on experience integrating EMDR into their clinical work.
What is Relational-Integrative EMDR?
RI-EMDR is a whole-person, whole-system approach that works within the standard EMDR protocol whilst holding space for the relational field, the body, the ancestors, the spirit, and the parts. It was developed for therapists working with complex and intergenerational trauma - those who know that what heals is not just the technique, but the trust between therapist and client, and the depth of presence the therapist brings.

Immersive Breathworks session led by trained facilitator (external to Seva Training Team)
Sound Healing session led by 2 trained facilitators (external to Seva Training Team)
Access to 2 x 2 hour Group mini-practice workshops (online) post training - the 1st hour will be practicums in pairs in breakout rooms with the 2nd hour being dedicated to whole group discussion and consultation.
Accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday night) at The Oasis, One Mile in the beautiful Port Stephens area of NSW. For further information: The Oasis One Mile Beach.
8. We offer several options for accommodation.
$1520 Covers training, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the 3 days (does not Include Accommodation) Able to be booked on website
$2070 Covers training, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and shared accommodation for 3 x nights in a 2-bedroom cabin (2 x participants per cabin) There are 2 bedrooms in each cabin x bedroom downstairs and 1 x bedroom upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs . Able to be booked on website
$2620 Covers training, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and accommodation for 3 x nights in own 2-bedroom cabin (not shared, for 1 participant). This can be for 1 participant or shared with 1 other family member/partner who is not attending the training. Able to be booked on website
$2620 Covers training, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and accommodation for 3 x nights in own 2-bedroom cabin (If you would like to bring your family members, this price includes 2 adults (1 adult not attending the training) plus incurs an additional $50 per person, per night for every additional person over the 2 people). Example: A family of 2 adults and 2 children, the participant will pay for the training package $1520.00 + $1100.00 for the whole cabin + $100 extra per night for 2 children. Ability to identify and work with Fear-Based Energies and introjects within the RI-EMDR framework
Understanding of how the body holds intergenerational trauma and its somatic-spiritual expression
Introduction to guides and spiritual representations within a client's internal system
Working with dreams as a healing pathway inside the RI-EMDR framework
Training Package includes:
All learning materials such as the RI-EMDR Part 2 Manual, protocols, scripts, additional readings, worksheets as well as LIVE demonstrations and support practicums to make your experience as supported and inclusive as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing at hello@sevatraining.com.au. We can only action cancellations received by email. 60 days or more before the training, we'll refund your fee less a 10% handling fee. Between 30 and 59 days before the training, we'll refund your fee less a 20% handling fee. Within 30 days of the training, we're no longer able to offer a refund as a matter of course. Your place has been held and catering/venue/postage and handling costs are already committed. If exceptional circumstances such as illness are involved, please talk to us. Refunds in these situations are at the discretion of Seva (NSW) Pty Ltd, and we do look at each one individually. We're not able to offer refunds where a registrant does not attend and has not been in contact with us beforehand.
Transfers
You may transfer your registration to a future training once, provided you cancel more than 60 days before the training or your situation falls within the exceptional circumstances above. You may also pass your place to another person, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements for that training. Please let us know at least 14 days beforehand so we can give the venue their dietary requirements.
If we need to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel a training if we haven't received enough registrations 14 days before it's due to start. If that happens, you'll receive a full refund of your registration fee. Where COVID-19 restrictions prevent a training from running in person, we may move it online or reschedule it. You'll have the option to transfer your registration to a future training if the new dates don't suit. Refunds aren't offered in this situation. In all cases, we're not able to reimburse accommodation or travel costs. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
