Intergenerational Trauma, Dreams & Spirituality
Go deeper into the ancestral, spiritual, and energetic dimensions of trauma. This training asks therapists to hold a wider field — one that includes epigenetics, dream work, FBEs, and the client's relationship with the sacred.
What you'll develop
Skills for working with intergenerational and collective trauma, including ancestral and epigenetic dimensions
Ability to identify and work with Fear-Based Energies and introjects within the RI-EMDR framework
Understanding of how the body holds intergenerational trauma and its somatic-spiritual expression
Introduction to guides and spiritual representations within a client's internal system
Working with dreams as a healing pathway inside the RI-EMDR framework
Training Package includes:
Learning programmes situated in a relaxing location that honours learning and Participant wellbeing.
Morning tea, Afternoon tea and a catered lunch set in beautiful bushland.
All learning materials such as the RI-EMDR Part 2 Manual, protocols, scripts, additional readings, worksheets as well as LIVE demonstrations and support practicums to make your experience as supported and inclusive as possible
Immersive Breathworks session led by trained facilitators (external to Seva Training Team) and Expressive Arts and Journalling exercises to follow.
Sound Healing session led by 2 trained facilitators (external to Seva Training Team)
The learning experience capped at just 20 participants with two experienced trainers, ensuring you're genuinely seen and supported throughout
