Clinical Resource Therapy Qualification (17 July - 5 September November 2026) 9:30am - 4:30pm AEST
What Is Resource Therapy?
Resource Therapy is a compassionate, attachment-informed, relational approach to advanced parts work. It recognises that within every person lives a constellation of “resources”; inner parts that adapt, protect, create, and cope. Sometimes these parts become stuck, overwhelmed, isolated, or activated by past experiences.
Rather than pathologising, Resource Therapy meets each part with respect and attunement. It offers a structured, step-by-step protocol to bring safety, clarity, and healing to the internal system, making it a powerful modality for trauma therapists, EMDR clinicians, and parts-oriented practitioners.
Why Clinical Resource Therapy?
The Clinical RT program is for therapists who want to move beyond foundational skills into a deeper, more confident therapeutic application of the model.
Over 8 training days (held one-two days a week across 8 weeks) therapists learn to:
Work with more complex presentations and categories such as Dissonant States, Parts Vaded with Fear, Rejection, Disappointment, Confusion, Ethics, Working with Pain and Somatic Presentations, What Lies Within - Other Personalised Introjects and Using Anchoring with Dissonant State Work.
Understand parts vaded in specific presentations, internal conflicts, and entrenched patterns
Apply clear, protocol-led interventions tailored to each specific RT category
Strengthen their relational presence with each part
Feel grounded in a well-mapped, step-by-step framework when navigating internal complexity
For many clinicians, the structure of Resource Therapy becomes a welcome addition to clinical tool kits, offering a clear roadmap for how to respond therapeutically with each part that emerges
