WELCOME TO SEVA

WELCOME TO SEVA

Established in 2022 by Therapists Michele Bowes and Amy English, SEVA Training was created to ignite a spark within others to encourage them to dream bigger, learn continuously, and empower others on their journey of healing.

Using a framework of evidence-based teaching, inclusivity, practical skills, and Michele and Amy's Therapist backgrounds of working on the frontline, SEVA helps Therapists blend knowledge with action for better results for Therapists and, most importantly, clients.

Our Mission

At SEVA, our mission is to ignite a spark within others to encourage them to dream bigger, learn creatively, with courage and compassion so they are able to support others on their journey of healing. We firmly believe that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, possesses the innate ability to heal from within.

As Trainers, we are committed to providing clinicians with immersive, holistic, creative, experiential and evidence based approach to working with trauma. Offering diverse learning styles that encourage active participation and ultimately enhance the learning journey. Our aim is to empower clinicians to offer an integrative and relational approach that facilitates healing and growth for clients across the lifespan. We recognize that trauma affects every aspect of a person's being – their mind, body, and spirit. We embrace a relational approach, placing emphasis on attunement, resonance and connection.

Through our innovative workshops and comprehensive training programs, we strive to equip individuals with the tools, knowledge, and the courage they need to bring about transformative change.

Seva is a Sanskrit word meaning “selfless service”. In ancient India seva was believed to help one’s spiritual growth and at the same time contribute to the improvement of a community. This is the art of giving with no need to receive - Seva is the art of blessed action.
